A non refundable, but transferrable, $100 deposit needs to be paid in order to book a ceremony. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your event. Rest assured that your date will be saved and we at Hoku Pacific Officiants will begin getting your special wedding ceremony ready.
If booking happens within 30 days before your ceremony, 100% of the package price must be made in order to proceed.
All Hawaii state beaches and parks require a permit for use and liability insurance ($1,000,000 Policy). Hoku Pacific Officiants will secure both for the day of your ceremony so you can rest assured of legality accordance. Fee includes paperwork, purchasing and processing both permit and insurance. Fee will be added to final balance. Fee will be waived for private venues which are not subject to public permits.

Some locations here in Hawaii require extra time and energy to get to, but are well worth the effort. To fairly compensate our vendors, there is a hourly rate for any time over the actual hour ceremony time required to arrive and depart a ceremony site by foot.

* Deposits are non-refundable, but transferrable. Reservations are not confirmed nor reserved unless initial deposit is received. In order for services to be rendered, payment less the deposit must be paid in full 30 days before wedding ceremony day. If booking within 30 days of wedding day, full payment amount is required to proceed with services.
